Comparing iPhone 4 (8GB) price plans in Singapore

.
All three carriers have unveiled their price plans for the 8GB iPhone 4 and Hardwarezone has an excellent table comparing the plans. Essentially there are four tiers, based on how much you pay per month. Overall, it appears that StarHub has the best plans for all tiers except the cheapest. SingTel's offerings seem to be mediocre.

At the cheapest tier, M1 has the best plan. For S$39 a month, you pay S$400 for your iPhone 4 (8GB). M1 will give you (per month):

- 120 free voice minutes (other carriers only offer 100 voice minutes at this tier)
- 500 free SMS/MMS
- 12GB of data

However, StarHub leads all the other tiers. For S$58 a month, you pay S$120 for for your iPhone and StarHub will give you (per month):

- 300 free voice minutes (versus 250 minutes on M1, and 200 minutes on SingTel)
- 500 free SMS/MMS
- 12GB of data

At the S$98 a month tier, the iPhone is free, and StarHub gives you (per month):

- 700 free voice minutes (versus 600 minutes on M1 and 500 minutes on SingTel)

- 500 free SMS/MMS
- 12GB of data

For S$205 a month, the iPhone is free and StarHub gives you (per month)

- 2,000 free voice minutes
- 2,000 free SMS/MMS
- unlimited data (SingTel offers 30GB, which is a heck of a lot but not unlimited).

Note: M1 has no offering in this top category.

All things being equal, it looks like StarHub is the way to go.
