SingTel to launch Windows Phone 7 handsets next Thursday

SingTel has announced that it will launch three Windows Phone 7 handsets next Thursday, Oct 21. The three sets are the Samsung Omnia 7, the HTC HD 7 and the LG Optimus 7.

The HTC HD 7 will be exclusive to SingTel.

The phones will also come with SingTel's Xplorer traffic navigation service and the TrafficLIVE app pre-installed.

SingTel is also offering Windows Phone 3G plans. The Lite plan is $39 a month for 100 minutes of outgoing calls. The Flexi plan is $56 for $200 minutes while the Flexi Plus plan is $95 for 500 minutes. All plans come with 12GB of data with a cap of $30 a month. Separately, HTC has announced that the other two carriers will also get exclusive handsets. StarHub will have the HTC 7 Mozart while M1 will carry the HTC 7 Trophy.
