CHORDiCA now free

To celebrate making it into the finals of this year's SiTF awards, Joash Chee has decided to give away his music app CHORDiCA. The app used to cost US$2.99.

"I hope that more people will use this opportunity to explore this mobile accompaniment music app and maybe form their own bands," he said.

Interestingly, at least one band has been so impressed with CHORDiCA it also inspired their name. BANDiZZLE, a DC-based Canadian band, regularly uses Joash's app, and can be seen in the videos on their YouTube channel.

The SiTF awards are given out by the Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF) to recognise  innovative ICT applications or solutions that have been developed locally. The awards will be given out on Sep 30.
