This confirms it. Property in Singapore is currently a very, very hot. SG Property is the third app released in the Singapore App Store that is aimed at property buyers here.
This app looks pretty neat because it shows the latest transacted prices of condos, HDB flats and private property. You can search by district, condo name or street name. You can limit the searches to transactions between a particular date range.
Very handy app. However, it is not clear where the data is coming from. When I find out, I will update this story.
