SG Buses gets journey planner, buUuk new features

The latest version of iPhone bus guide SG Buses (iTunes link) now helps you to get from A to B. You can type in your starting point and your destination and SG Buses will tell you how to get there. It will even handle changing buses (one changeover only). Pretty neat. According to developer Muh Hon Cheng, this is based on the same engine he used for Transit app which he developed back in the day when jailbroken apps ruled.

Hon Cheng has also been busy working on buUuk. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, they come up with more features. The latest version undergoing beta testing has:

- Pricing (indication of price range in restaurant listings, and allow users to indicate pricing in the restaurant buurp page. Average will be taken from all users' submission)
- A halal category (indication in restaurant listings, and allow tagging)
- Itches and Scratches - This allows users to ask questions that are not specified to any restaurants, such as asking for a suggestion for a place to eat etc)
